Theatre Set-Up Attendant/Orderly Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our theatre team as a Theatre Set-Up Attendant/Orderly.

As a key member of the surgical process, you will be responsible for assembling, disassembling and managing theatre case set-ups in accordance with operating lists. This will involve working closely with the Sterilisation and Theatre teams to ensure they have the equipment necessary for procedures.

This role is crucial to delivering high-quality patient care and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will report directly to the Nurse Unit Manager and work collaboratively within a diverse team of nurses, doctors and clinical support staff.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience within a theatre attendant/case preparation role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster.

Requirements:
