Overview

Talent Acquisition leader with expertise in the APAC region. Connecting top talent with growth opportunities across dynamic markets. Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Engineering team. You will play a key role in capturing business requirements and driving the successful implementation of new travel booking systems, working closely with stakeholders to design solutions that improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop use cases, process flows, and system documentation.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Provide leadership to project teams in delivering customer outcomes.
Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Experience in travel or large-scale digital environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of travel or retail industries and process improvement.
  • Strong documentation and virtual facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • UI/UX knowledge.
