**Description**
We are looking for a highly driven, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Property Administrative Coordinator. In this role you will be a key contributor in the organisation, providing essential support to our property/facilities team.
You will be confident in your ability to make decisions that align with the values, attitudes, and goals of RACQ. As our Corporate Property Administrative Coordinator, you will provide efficient administrative support to Corporate Property and various internal stakeholders. The key areas of responsibility include contract management, procurement, project & contractual activities, risk profile & assurance, space management, account payment and budget analysis.
**About the role**:
- Ongoing management of the accommodation strategy and space management requirements for the RACQ Group.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Administer all service & facilities contracts and service agreements using the RACQ CMS system.
- Contract management for property department overall
- Stakeholder liaison and partnership
- Drafting, reviewing and providing recommendations on a range of agreements and contracts
**About you**:
- Strong administrative & financial acumen
- An understanding of budget preparation & analysis
- Experience in Contract Management & Property Systems.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and written
- Customer liaison and client relationship building experience
- High level of computer program knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite, (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
**Desirable**:
- Experience in procurement & contract drafting aligned to property and facilities management industry
- An understanding of ESG (Environmental Social governance)
