**About the Role**

The Group Executive, Marketing for Probe Group is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy in alignment with the value creation plan and in close collaboration with the sales organisation. This position involves leading, motivating, and empowering the global marketing team to drive forward-thinking strategies that elevate our industry leadership and amplify our brand impact.

**The Group Executive, Marketing will be responsible for the following**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Probe Group's overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans. Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for brand, martech, value propositions and competitive positioning.
- Develop brand awareness campaigns to enhance Probe Group's reputation and market presence.
- Work closely with the sales function to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
- Oversee the implementation of lead generation tactics in MicroSourcing/Beepo.
- Work closely with sales teams to align with sales objectives and optimise lead conversion.
- Drive the brand's online presence and customer engagement through various digital platforms.
- Management of the NPS programs with key clients
- Manage the marketing budget in line with key performance indicators, ensuring a return on investment
- Team Leadership

**Key Skills and Attributes Required**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a C-suite role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A hands-on attitude with a proven "can do" capability.
- Management of a multi-brand strategy
- International marketing experience
