**What's on offer?**

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of digital media and communication programs across ABN Victoria's two retail brands - Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre.

Your responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement digital marketing and lead generation strategies
- Liaise with digital media agencies to set up and align digital campaigns
- Conduct post campaign evaluations to analyse campaign performance
- Regularly review reporting platforms such as; Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce, Power BI, and Hotjar
- Create, implement and manage customer communication via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage customer databases, providing segmented data or Advertising audiences

**What can you bring?**

Your sound understanding of the digital media landscape, consumer journeys and communications. Ideally, you will have exposure in delivering digital initiatives that have created a competitive advantage in brand engagement, lead generation and process efficiency.

You will also bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Communication
- Experience with; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Facebook Ads manager and Google Ads
- Demonstrated exposure in a range of digital marketing technologies and analytics tools
- Excellent understanding and passion for the digital marketing landscape
- A high level of analytic capability and problem solving
- An understanding of SPAM, Privacy and digital data laws
