Key responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Advising on corporate and commercial matters, balancing legal risk with business goals.
Supporting risk management and contributing to strategic legal thinking.
Gaining exposure to emerging legal issues in global markets where regulation is still developing.
