About our Home Support Team:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our Home Support Team as a Care Worker. In this role, you will be supporting clients in their own homes, providing quality complex care and support.

As a Care Worker, you will be part of our team that assists with a range of tasks, including household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

Key Requirements for this Role:

  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
  • A reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resilience and patience
  • Proficiency in smartphone technology, apps and email
