**Job Description**:
Exiting opportunity for a Client Services Officer based in Notting Hill, Melbourne, to support client management and the radiation team ensuring business progression and growth.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

- Complete receiving and dispatch responsibilities for each service line;
- Proactively keep customers informed of the progress of their request/completion timelines;
- Support each service line as required with invoicing and quoting;
- Maintaining records for clients;
- Manage the lead generation and provide updates to teams regarding the timely completion of advice, new business and ongoing tasks as required;
- Marketing assistance (tracking and ensuring tools are in place);
- Attention to detail in the production of SOPs (as we deliver more by GBS we'll need to have SOPs in place)
- Provide administrative support where necessary to the team to raise purchasing, receipting and dispatch
- Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration and customer service;
- Experience in reception and despatch in a laboratory environment will be advantageous;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint);
- A positive attitude and professional manner;
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
