Wests Group Macarthur is home to over 400 staff, 80,000 members and are proud to offer our community a great selection of bars, gaming lounges, award winning function and event facilities, food outlets and sporting facilities over our 4 local venues.

We're looking to add to our experienced and award winning Functions and Events Team to support them from setting up function rooms to meeting client expectations whilst delivering exceptional service. You will be helping create memorable cocktail parties, awards nights, corporate presentations, training, business luncheons, wakes and weddings.

We have a range of casual, part-time and full-time positions available and can offer you a strong career pathway in the Function & Events industry.

Training is provided, as growth and opportunity is important to us, so is recognising and appreciating our wonderful staff.

We pay above the award wage (Entry Level Casual Weekend Rate $35 - $41 per hour), provide your roster 3 weeks in advance and have many shifts and opportunities available.

**To be successful you will have the following**:

- Flexibility to work our operational hours including nights, weekends and public holidays
- An outstanding customer service personality, friendly and approachable
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to carry 3 plates and clear 5
- Be capable of moving and setting up furniture
- Previous experience in function and event service would be advantageous
- RSA & RCG Certificates
- Drivers Licence
