Event Crew assist with the setup, pack down and running of different types of events. Working under the directions of an Event Manager/ Coordinator.

Typical activities include:

- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Setting up tables and chairs and other furniture.
- Installing chair covers, sashes and other table linens.
- Setting out materials such as program books, menus, place cards and favors (if required).
- Placing centrepieces and setting up other decor.
- Assisting with expo events and/or brochure distribution.
- Assisting to help take down events, cleaning up and clearing away post function mess.
- Taking inventory of all items (upon set up and pack down).
- Assist with event registration/ check-in and directional assistance (if required).
- Required to report any lost or damaged items/ issues to the Event Manager.

Events can occur during the week, over weekends and may include late nights. Bump in shifts with a min 3 hours. Bump Out shifts are shorter but have penalty rates.

Our base of operations is in Norwest NSW. Bump in/out shifts can be throughout the Sydney Metro area (from The Hills, to Inner West and the Sydney CBD).

You must have your own transport, especially for bump outs. We cover parking for all late bump out shifts. If you transport stock to/from our warehouse, we also offer travel allowances (specified in each shift where required).

Looking for people with a great can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task. Must be a fluent communicator and possess good customer service skills. Works well in an agile, fast-paced environment with a team. Must be 18+ years of age as we do work in licenced venues.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
