**About the role**

As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience whilst at Calvary Community Care. Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes. The Registered Nurse provides clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds a current NSW Driver's License.
- Relevant Post graduate qualifications in Palliative care or Neurodisability and at least 3 years recent experience working in the Palliative care /Neurodisability clinical area.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical care and service delivery issues and the ability to problem solve through the development and use of clinical management plans
- Demonstrated skills in the development and facilitation of client/resident and carer education.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of harm minimisation and evidence of leadership in safety and quality innovation.
- Practice consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
