
Compassionate Palliative Care Specialist

As a registered nurse, you will be part of our multidisciplinary team providing quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience. You will assist in planning, assessing, and evaluating client needs with our team to promote positive health outcomes.
The role involves delivering clinical support to clients and collaborating with support workers to deliver exceptional care in the community.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in palliative care or neurodisability and at least 3 years of recent experience in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical care issues and problem solve through the development of clinical management plans.
- Ability to develop and facilitate client/resident education and communicate effectively with others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care services to clients in the community.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes for clients.
- Develop and implement clinical management plans to address complex care issues.
