Our client, a leading national retailer undergoing a major transformation with innovation at the forefront of their mind.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Program Leadership and Stakeholders in their oversight of the program.
- Develop and maintain program management policies, procedures, and standards that promote the effective and efficient execution of the program.
- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to develop program budgets and ensure financial management practices are followed.
- Manage program risks and issues, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and managed throughout the program lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including program vendors, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate program governance meetings, including monthly Steering Committee meetings, and ensure appropriate program reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Provide program leadership with regular status updates, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions where necessary.

**Key skills**:

- Experience as PMO Manager.
- Experience working in large corporate environments, ideally in the retail sector, eCommerce or IT Programs
- Formal Project Management and/or PMO accreditation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability working with offshore teams and external suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
