This Manager, PMO Capability role, within our Enterprise Technology team will see you driving excellence in Enterprise Technology and SCRR PMO capability with a team of PMO Managers, Senior Project Analysts and other supporting roles (10 - 20 colleagues). Your ability to coach and lead a team of finance, governance and operations professionals to provide critical support to our delivery teams, coupled with the right hands-on technical expertise will be critical to hit the ground running.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Coaching of finance, governance and operations capabilities, with a clear focus on supporting our PMO colleagues through the embedding phase of our recent domain transition
- Working closely with Leadership, Sub-Domain Orchestration Leads and Delivery Leads to understand resourcing requirements - you'll be a master of matching skills, capabilities and personalities to the right work in the right team
- As a seasoned PMO professional, you'll provide the onboarding support for new colleagues and provide SME consultancy where required to help your team deliver effectively
- With other capability leaders, you will own, develop and manage the PMO / SPA Community of Practice.
- You will live our PEAK and Distinctive Leadership values and use the processes and techniques to lead your team effectively
