Child's Play Early Learning is an established family-owned service, with our management team having extensive experience in the Early Childhood industry, and the highest reputation in the Tarneit area. Our service provides the highest quality of care for children aged 6 weeks - 6 years of age, from the early years, right through to Kindergarten.

Child's Play was developed with a goal to provide families with high-quality care for their children in their early years until they attend primary school. We are currently seeking a new Lead educator who will:

- Assess the needs of each child, monitor their journey and contribute to school readiness
- Ensure that a developmentally and educationally appropriate program is planned and implemented for each child
- Maintain a positive working relationship with fellow team members; Sustain effective communication with parents to support their child's journey
- Build secure and trusting relationships with all children and parents
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times,
- Be a strong leader in educational practice and pedagogy.

You will be incredibly passionate and excited about providing high-quality programs and will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS. Experience in a similar position is highly desirable.

Applicants must also hold current qualifications in relevant ACECQA approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training.
