Pinnacle Travel Group (PTG) is seeking the services of a suitably skilled Lancelin 4X4 Customer Service Casual to join our team for the Lancelin 4x4 Adventures operations based in Lancelin.

PTG includes Rottnest Fast Ferries, Pinnacles Coachlines, Australian Pinnacle Tours, Explore Tours Perth, Quokka Coaches, Whale Watching Perth, Integrity Coachlines and Westside Tours.

**The Role**:
You will be required to:

- Serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner to support customer demands.
- Hiring out sandboards to customers.
- Sell confectionary and merchandise where required.
- Manage stock ordering and replenishment.
- Assist Reservations with bookings management.
- Check customers in.
- Provide information to customers surrounding services and products, and transact purchases via credit cards, cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Present oneself appropriately whilst performing face-to-face and over the phone communications with customers.
- General ad-hoc duties as requested by the Operations Manager.
- Support Pinnacle Travel Group tour partners in all aspects.
- Present a friendly and professional approach to all colleagues, clients and suppliers at all times.
- Attend Customer Service and Pinnacle Travel Group related meetings when required.

**You will**:

- Have prior customer service or hospitality experience (essential).
- Have prior POS experience (desirable).
- Manual HR License (desirable)
- Experience using Microsoft Office and booking system software (essential)
- Be flexible to working potential weekends (essential).
- Have the ability to work autonomously and be a contributing member of the team (essential).
