Your Role in the Adventure

As Retail Sales Manager, you will:

  • Engage and Sell: Present and promote our products with confidence, addressing objections and converting opportunities into success stories.
  • Strategize for Success: Collaborate with our Sales Manager to drive PMA Account growth, uncover new revenue opportunities, and ensure our CRM stays sharp and up to date.
  • Achieve Goals: Support national sales targets and key performance indicators, including add-on sales, quote conversions, and workshop KPIs.
  • Resolve and Satisfy: Expedite resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring top-tier satisfaction.
  • Master the Products: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range, workshop operations, and competitor offerings to deliver unmatched expertise.
  • Lead Workshop Operations: Manage bookings, allocate parts, and optimize workflows to minimize downtime while ensuring efficient installations.
  • Elevate the Showroom Experience: Keep displays fresh, dynamic, and inspiring for new and returning customers.
  • Support Operations: Assist with essential administrative tasks, including warranty processes, product onboarding, fleet operations, and CRM management.
  • Collaborate as a Team Player: Foster strong relationships with team members, internal departments, business contractors, and customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for the 4WD, camping, and outdoor lifestyle.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and team collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems required; familiarity with NetSuite is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willingness to work on a Monday-Friday schedule, with rostered Saturdays.
