Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for clients. Key responsibilities include managing front-of-house operations, providing product information, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Hire out sandboards to customers.
  • Manage inventory of merchandise and supplies.
  • Assist with bookings management.
  • Process transactions via credit cards, cash, and EFTPOS.
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience (essential).
  • Manual HR License (desirable).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and booking system software (essential).
  • Flexibility to work potential weekends (essential).
