IT Systems Support Specialist
The Opportunity:
This role plays a crucial part in supporting the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and web technologies. You will assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and applications.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
: Respond to software and hardware enquiries, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to ensure efficient system performance.
System Maintenance and Deployment
: Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Operational Improvements
: Support the implementation of computer networks, contribute to website maintenance, and help adapt programs to meet user requirements.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting users. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-quality IT support.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience and/or vendor certifications may substitute for formal qualifications.
Strong Technical Skills
, including troubleshooting and installation.
Experience with Network Implementation
and peripheral equipment maintenance.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with
ITIL or Similar Service Delivery Frameworks
is desirable.
Previous Experience Working in a Call Centre or Service Desk Environment
is a plus.
