Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software support, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless system operation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will work closely with clients, colleagues, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) with a focus on hardware and software support
  • Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience with operating systems, applications, and hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and networking fundamentals
  • Skills in software deployment using SCCM or other technologies
Benefits

  • Good understanding of ticket logging tools and ability to follow ticket handling processes
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs
  • Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows O/S
  • Experience with anti-spyware and anti-virus software
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
