OneSchool Global - Swan Hill Campus VIC AUS, 4 Cedar Crt, Swan Hill , Victoria, Australia Req Friday, 4 July 2025The PositionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Learning Support Teacher to join our welcoming Swan Hill team on a full-time, permanent basis.Commencing in Term 3, 2025 this position will be responsible for supporting a high needs student within Primary and Secondary.
It may also involve running and overseeing intervention programs, planning curriculum programs for students with additional learning needs, writing Individual Education Plans and providing program support to teaching staff, across our primary and secondary faculties.About YouAll applicants will need an excellent understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus, be a VIC registered teacher, and have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications.As a Learning Support Teacher, you will be skilled in the ability to identify and evaluate student needs, differentiate instruction for students along all parts of the learning spectrum, collect, analyse, and effectively utilise data, create and implement individualised education plans and be able to provide professional guidance to staff.

Swan Hill Campus is located in a very quiet court that provides a spacious and secure environment, while still allowing easy access to the town amenities.The campus is a modern purpose-built facility with the recent addition of a large multi-purpose centre.
