Pakenham Mazda is a family owned and operated Mazda Dealership with world-class facilities, we're experiencing huge growth and an increase in Sales, so we're looking for ambitious Administrator / Registration clerk to join our team at Pakenham for a permanent part-time role Would suit someone looking for a school hours position.

Your duties will include:

- Vehicle registrations ensuring all Vic Roads procedures are adhered to at all times
- Vehicle Transfers
- Accounts Receivable
- Floorplan payouts
- Bank Statement reconciliations
- Relief payroll
- Stock control administration

In order to be invited for an interview, you will need:

- Sound accounting knowledge
- Strong reconciliation skills with great attention to detail
- Previous experience with Debtors
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office including excel
- High level of communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and work autonomously
- Bright and friendly personality
- General administration experience such as filing and data entry
- Previous franchised dealership experience will be highly regarded

The salary on offer for this position is anticipated to be between $30-$33ph plus super depending on experience. The role will be 25-30 hours per week.
