What a Day Looks Like at Club Aruma:
As a Hub Lead, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace where each team member can thrive and contribute their unique skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to achieve their best.
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.
- Provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 3+ years in disability services.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer, finance, and compliance skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about human rights and positive change.
- Empathetic and understanding of diverse experiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills; adept at working with customers and carers.
- Qualified and Ready: You have—or are ready to obtain— a First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
- You have a valid driver's license and an insured car to support people on their adventures.
- You may have had experience in supporting people with disabilities.
