**Requirement**:

- Currently studying an approved tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.

**Open to students in their 3rd and 4th year.**

**ABOUT US**

Kids Therapy Hub is a privately owned and run paediatric clinic offering allied health services to the local community and throughout Sydney. We incorporate Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services within a friendly and collaborative environment. Our beautiful purpose-built clinic is based in Gledswood Hills decked out with quality resources. We offer mobile services to the South West Sydney region with more areas of service being added as we grow.

We aim to help young people improve and reach their goals. Our multidisciplinary team provide support to children and youth aged 1-18 years with varying needs.

We work hard to help support children and their families, but we also enjoy a few laughs along the way. We concentrate on making our team culture a priority. **JOB DESCRIPTION**

Duties will include (depending on experience):

- Maintain a small caseload under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Therapist.
- Implementation of programs, strategies and materials to enable clients to achieve goals as set by their referral.
- Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action.
- Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed.
- Work as a part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access for young people and their families.
- Ensure high quality of service delivery, commitment to ethics, and values by working within the principles of Best Practice in Mental Health Service delivery.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently studying or an approved tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- Current Working With Children Check and valid Police Clearance.
