**THE ROLE**

We are seeking qualified Nightshift Boiler Operator to join our growing Precast Yard team at Redhead, NSW. You will be required to operate the steam boiler to cure concrete products overnight in addition to assisting with completion of production, general stores and housekeeping tasks. Shift will generally commence each afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. Occasional overtime may be required.

Desired experience in precast concrete work (but not essential). This is a great opportunity for ongoing local work.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

**We are keen to talk to you if you have**:

- License to operate steam boiler.
- General Construction Induction Card (or White Card)
- Proven reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Initiative and ability to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail and quality work
- Communicate clearly, follow directions
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling
- Reliable transport and current driver licence
- High safety focus
