Our ideal candidate is a seasoned technical visionary with exceptional leadership and technical skills to manage digital resources and engineering teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior directors to address business needs, prioritize tasks, and optimize development output.
Serve as the primary point of contact between product teams, engineering, and managed services, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and aligning goals.
Provide strategic and technical guidance for software development projects and approvals for technical path forward.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency, aligning with company objectives.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
Manage resources effectively, maintain balanced workloads, and foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Proven experience in managing outsourced teams and working closely with product development teams.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in .NET FW, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks, and DevOps practices.
