Settlement Support and Community Care | Noble Park | Maximum Term - Full-time
- Full-time Maximum Term position to 30 June 2026, based at our Noble Park location
- Supporting newly arrived refugees
- You must be fluent in Burmese to be considered
- Annual salary is $55,755 + 12% super

**About the role**
**To be considered for one of these roles, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria**:
- Minimum of Certificate III in Community Services or similar field; and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in case management support of clients from CALD backgrounds
- Fluent in the following community language: Burmese
- A current valid Driver Licence is essential
- A current valid Working with Children Check (Employee) is essential
- Strong written communication, report writing and word processing skills
- Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy
- Experience in maintaining and implementing administrative and database systems
- Computer literate and ability to use word-processing, spreadsheet and database programs
- Highly effective interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills and an interest in working with CALD community organizations
- Experience working autonomously and within multi-disciplinary teams to achieve agreed goals
- Demonstrated positive values of integrity, reliability, teamwork and professionalism consistent with the AMES
- Diploma in Community Services or similar field is highly desirable
