Working within the friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing sales skills and experience as a relationship manager, to grow within a successful company.Role ResponsibilitiesDrive income from all casual leasing & mall media elementsIdentify business opportunities to increase revenue to the businessAccount management and maintenance of relationships with causal mall leasing, mall media, and vacant shopsManage administrative and procedural requirementsAssist with the preparation of annual business plan and budgetsSeek out information to determine business trends and potential opportunitiesImplement and advocate adherence for all company policiesPrepare monthly financial reports and provide comments on the resultsThe Successful CandidatePrior casual mall leasing or sales experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similarIntermediate Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and coordination skillsStrong account management, business development and sales skillsIf property is your passion, Savills is all about the people behind the property.
