We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Body Builder/Maker to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position located in all areas of VIC. Key Responsibilities:
Assess the vehicle's damage to determine how to perform the restoration work
Ensure the chassis crush is properly maintained & used appropriately
Treat company equipment with the same respect for your own tools
Advise the
Parts Interpreter of any additional parts required not originally quoted on the estimate
Co-ordinate with other workers in the workshop to ensure the workflow is appropriately placed
Notify of any product shortages which would restrict production
Check the schedule daily to ensure time-frames are met
About You:
Trade qualified
Mechanical knowledge to assist in the usage and maintenance of tools
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong commitment to work in a safe manner
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Be reliable, punctual & hardworking
Own tools to fulfil the role
