We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Team Administrative Assistant to join our team on a key client account. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our portfolio nationally.**The Opportunity**:

- Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Director, Portfolio Operations Manager and the wider team as required
- Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Prepare and format reports/meeting agendas, meeting minutes and prepare for final distribution
- Prepare monthly expense reconciliations, maintain credit card transactions across the portfolio
- Organise meetings, client activities and functions and provide assistance with the organisation of conferences, including identifying venues, organising entertainment & travel arrangements
- Organise travel and accommodation for the team when required and maintain accurate travel expenditure records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain portfolio document management systems and ensure file management systems are kept up to date and filing is undertaken on a regular basis as required.

**About You**:

- Expert level and experience of core Microsoft Packages - Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience in Administration within a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Ability to take initiatives and work with mínimal supervision
