Due to growth, we're seeking anAssociate Buyer's Agentto join our Investment Division.
In this role, you'll gain exposure to investment-focused client work while assisting with the buying and settlement process, building a strong foundation for a long-term career as a Buyer's Agent at Sharp Property Buyers.
About the Role

You'll assist with sourcing, analysing and securing investment properties for clients across the country.
You'll also coordinate the settlement process once a property is secured, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients feel informed and supported at every step.
You'll also provide broader administrative support throughout the client journey, helping keep systems, communication and documentation running seamlessly.
You will work closely with two other Buyers Agents as well as our Founder & Director (Matt Sharp) to ensure clients feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate investment properties that align with client goals, including conducting thorough due diligence.
Liaise with agents, solicitors, brokers, property managers and other professionals.
Coordinate all settlement milestones — appraisals, inspections, insurance, depreciation, tenancy campaigns.
Provide proactive, clear and timely communication so clients always know what's next.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM.
Escalate and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
General administrative support to the team.

Skills & Experience
At least 12 months' real estate experience and a Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain ASAP).
Ideally, you own property yourself — we value team members who practice what we preach.
Ambitious, energetic and goal-oriented, with a genuine desire to build a long-term career.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
Professional presentation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
