About Us:

Your Property Investor is a unique property company on the Sunshine Coast focusing on finding the best investment properties in QLD for our clients to buy.

This is a young, exciting company located in Buderim, looking for the right team member to come along for the ride and enjoy the successes of a new brand going through significant growth.

The right candidate will enjoy the successes of a popular brand and plenty of new business opportunities coming through the door and an opporuntity to take over market share on the Sunshine Coast.

Unlike selling real estate, there's no "prospecting" no door knocking, no letterbox drops. Our buyers are lining up for help and we get the pleasure of going shopping for them.

This role has no direct experience necessary. We will provide all the training and support that you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a sales-based role. You will be required to sell our services to prospective buyers, on-board new leads and then transact on property. Guiding our buyers through each step of the way
  • You will need to research property markets, search real estate platforms and network with selling agents to source property investment options for our clients.
  • You will be dealing with selling agents day-to-day so you will need to have a level of industry understanding and be able to build good relationships.
  • You will be managing a pipeline of finance-ready buyers to help place them into the right investment property or home.

  • Minimum on target earnings for first year is $132,000

Preferred applicants will have the following:

  • Have plenty of "gusto" some good energy and motivated to succeed.
  • Some kind of property-related experience (selling, buying, building, financing, engineering, construction... etc)
  • Hold a current Real Estate licence or be available to complete it prior to starting
  • Local to the Sunshine Coast and have great knowledge of the region.
  • Have a good work ethic and ambitious personal and professional goals.
  • Driver's license and a car.
  • Above average presentation and customer service skills.
  • BIG BONUS: if you have personally had success in real estate investment and managing your own portfolio this will be looked at highly.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time role including some Saturdays.
