About the Role

As a Buyer's Agent with COAST, you'll guide and advocate for clients every step of the way, delivering the outstanding service that COAST is known for.

  • Guide clients from initial brief to settlement
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals
  • Source both on and off-market opportunities
  • Attend inspections and provide video walk-throughs
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence
  • Deliver suburb and market insights
  • Negotiate optimal outcomes for buyers
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is professional, proactive and passionate about property. You'll bring:

  • Minimum two years' relevant real estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Sunshine Coast region
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A current real estate licence
  • A client-first mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic, driven and proactive approach
  • Alignment with our core values
