Raine & Horne Gladstone is seeking a confident and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
If you're a strong communicator, a natural negotiator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit.
What you'll do: Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and care Negotiate lease renewals, market reviews, and CPI increases with confidence Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Oversee rent collection, arrears, and tenancy compliance Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and contractor management Ensure all leasing and property management activities comply with legislation Provide owners with advice to maximise their investment returns What we're looking for: Experience in Commercial Property Management is highly regarded, but not essential Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence (or willingness to obtain) Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities A proactive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office (property management software experience a bonus) Why join us?
