  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears, and tenancy compliance ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and contractor management to ensure properties are well maintained
  • Evaluate leasing and property management activities to ensure adherence to relevant legislation

Requirements: Commercial property management experience is desirable but not essential. A current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence (or willingness to obtain) is required.
