**_ THE ROLES YOU COULD PLAY _**

We are seeking expressions of interest for 2 types of roles.

**Property Management Associate**

This role ideally suits someone who has their Property Management Registration licence, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate who is looking for that next step in their property management career.

**Leasing Partner / Cadet**

If you are unlicenced, Harris will put you through our Cadet program which includes us covering the cost of for you to study the course.

**_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _**
There are a few things that you will need to demonstrate to be set up for success in these roles. We are a rapidly growing business with a big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:

- A desire to grow a successful real estate career
- Property Management Registration Licence current (Property Management Associate role only)
- Self-motivated with a strong passion for client service
- Ability to prioritise and organise daily activities
- Expert time-management skills with great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a variety of team members and clients
- Can work autonomously with limited direction
