We are seeking a client-focused and driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth and development of our rental portfolio by building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in paperwork and data entry processes.
  • Foster excellent communication skills, handling telephone calls and messages as required.
  • Maintain property management files and ensure their accurate recording in our company database.
  • Support data entry and maintenance in relevant systems.
  • Promote our brand by attracting new property management clients to our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administration and client service roles.
  • Proficiency in Cloud-Based systems.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and prioritising tasks.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments and small teams.
