About the role

We're seeking a Lawyer/Associate to join our Property team in Adelaide to work across a diverse range of clients and matters. You'll be involved in:

  • Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters
  • Sales and acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties
  • Residential and mixed-use developments, including strata and community titles
  • Property aspects of aged care, retirement, childcare, and social housing projects
  • Broader agribusiness and renewable project matters

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years' post-admission experience in property law and bring:

  • Strong transactional experience
  • Familiarity with development work and property-related agreements
  • A commercial and practical mindset to assist with negotiating complex agreements
  • Strong drafting skills
  • A collaborative approach and a team player mindset
