Top Health Doctors Cannon Hill is an established GP and skin cancer clinic conveniently located in the Kmart Plaza Cannon Hill.
Our clinic has recently been renovated and is bright and welcoming, as is our incredible team
We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team permanent part time.
The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.DutiesManage greeting, registration and departure of patientsDeliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all timesEnsure accurate billing and receipting for patient servicesSkills & experience2 years previous Medical Receptionist experience requiredComputer literacy and ability to manage multiple software platformsMature minded, keen on a long-term roleProven multitasking, problem solving and time managementAccurate data entry and communication skillsAvailabilityMonday to FridayWeekend availability (Saturday half days only)Experienced team and safe working environmentOngoing training & support availableOngoing job opportunitiesPay rate negotiable as per level of experience.Top Health Doctors would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work.
