Cool Air Conditioning Pty Ltd provides high quality Air Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration services to a wide range of clients including consultation, design, installation, maintenance and breakdown.

With branches situated in Cannon Hill and Maroochydore. We pride ourselves in providing efficient, friendly and safe services to all our customers.

An opportunity has arisen for a friendly, efficient, and capable full-time administration / receptionist and customer focused person to join our team in Cannon Hill.

The ideal applicant will have outstanding customer service, computer and administration skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). IT prowess and previous experience in general office administration will be strongly regarded.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

A brief description of the role will include but is not limited to;

Administration support to the Service Manager

Answering of phones and emails

Booking and Scheduling of jobs

Ordering of products and parts

Data Entry and inputting

Invoicing

Filing

General administrative and reception duties and support as required

ABOUT YOU :

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Happy and friendly but professional phone manner

Excellent Attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise plan and coordinate workloads and be able to meet deadlines

Excellent Computer and typing skills.

Ability to work under instruction as well as autonomously

The ability to work as a team player and have a "can do, positive" attitude

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently
