Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Accounts professional to join a large Non-Profit organisation in the Disability Services space.

As part of the Finance Team, your role will include:

- Accurate and timely generation of invoices for NDIS and other supports as required.
- Timely submission of NDIS invoices for payment to the NDIS portal and/or to relevant funding bodies.
- Manage billing enquiries internally and/or externally and resolve issues where required in a timely manner, and process any adjustments as required.
- Manage NDIS portal service bookings, investigate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the billing department to effectively manage billing and claims workload, investigate, and resolve issues.
- Ensure knowledge of funding arrangements is kept up to date; in particular, changes to the NDIS price guide and catalogue.
- Provide support to the Melba finance team to resolve issues with non-payment of invoices.
- Maintain a high level of customer service across all stakeholder groups to efficiently resolve account discrepancies and effectively complete the required billing related tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
- Maintain accurate and effective invoicing records.
