We have an opportunity for an Administrator to work in an exciting role within our investment team. The primary focus of this role is the efficient delivery of administration and team diary management support to the Investment Management team.

Using your excellent judgement, organisational skills and considerable high level administrative experience, you will adapt to the team and proactively deliver a wide range of administrative work independently and as part of the Administration Team. You will enjoy a varied and fast paced role, predominantly office based in conveniently located CBD location.

Planning and anticipating the administrative requirements of our investments team, the role will take a lead in providing a wide range of administrative support and delivering event management to the Investment team in an efficient and timely manner. The role also offers further breadth through diary management and administrative support for our Investment leadership team. With a self-starting and proactive solutions mindset, the Investments Coordinator will monitor, plan and deliver as part of the Administration Team, requirements and events, anticipating the needs of a dynamic and changing environment and problem solving.

**About you**

With a collaborative and agile style, you will be detailed in your approach whilst having strong knowledge of MS Office and be tech savvy. A visible operator in the Investments team, the Investments Coordinator must be a pragmatic thinker and some knowledge of purchasing and at minimum basic Financial Management understanding is required. Experience with the preparation of board and committee papers is desirable. Integrity, discretion and sound judgement as well as a demonstrated history of building strong relationships are key requirements. Ideally you will have experience of working in EA, Coordinator or Administrator roles in a medium to large dynamic organisation.
