Redpath Partners have been engaged to find an investment analyst to join a deals team as the company gears up for a busy period of investment and acquisitions. This position is a great move for the right investment analyst that is looking to grow their deals exposure in the Real Estate space.

This client is widely regarded in the market for retaining their staff in all departments and for developing peoples careers.

The Role
  • Assisting the M&A investment team with developing feasibility studies and pitch decks
  • Delivering timely analysis for multiple ongoing deals, through brilliant modelling skills
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the process
  • Delivering and leading reporting to investors
  • Due diligence of accounts by way along with co ordinating with the valuations team
  • Manage and mitigate risks to on gong processes
The Ideal Candidate
  • 2 years of experience in investment analysis positions or deals teams
  • Great attitude, polished and concise communication skills
  • A back ground in Accounting, economics or property highly advantageous - Big Four/Top Ten background also highly desirable
  • Ideally a qualified accountant but not a deal breaker
  • Must have very strong Excel skills or Power BI
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of integrity
  • Ideally prior exposure to investment or deals teams
