This client is widely regarded in the market for retaining their staff in all departments and for developing peoples careers.
The Role
- Assisting the M&A investment team with developing feasibility studies and pitch decks
- Delivering timely analysis for multiple ongoing deals, through brilliant modelling skills
- Coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the process
- Delivering and leading reporting to investors
- Due diligence of accounts by way along with co ordinating with the valuations team
- Manage and mitigate risks to on gong processes
- 2 years of experience in investment analysis positions or deals teams
- Great attitude, polished and concise communication skills
- A back ground in Accounting, economics or property highly advantageous - Big Four/Top Ten background also highly desirable
- Ideally a qualified accountant but not a deal breaker
- Must have very strong Excel skills or Power BI
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of integrity
- Ideally prior exposure to investment or deals teams
