Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Investment Services Coordinator. This position involves working with various stakeholders to facilitate the transfer of assets and securities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transfers requests by liaising with third-party vendors, custodians, fund managers, clients, and dealer groups.
  • Coordinate requirements for different asset classes and counterparties in line with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage the complexities of offboarding a client, working with other departments, third-party vendors, and dealer groups to ensure timely account closure.
  • Liaise with counterparties to ensure complete and correct account setup.

Requirements:

  • Experience in asset transfers, off-market transfers, HIN transfers & conversions, CHESS messaging.
  • Solid understanding of platform/reporting systems, including Praemium.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to edit own work to a high standard.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite and comfortable with common cloud-based software.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in a complex financial services environment.
