Australia Wings For Care Full time

Overview
Wings for Care is looking to engage someone with strong knowledge of NDIS restrictive practices, reportable incidents, and compliance requirements.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience in behavioural support, quality and safeguarding, or compliance within the NDIS space. You'll play a key role in reviewing incident reports, identifying restrictive practices, and supporting documentation to ensure we're aligned with NDIS Commission expectations.
This is a flexible role for just a few hours per week, ideal for someone looking to contribute alongside other work.
We value clear communication, sound judgement, and a proactive approach. If you're someone who can spot a practice that needs to be reported (even if it's subtle), and help ensure providers are doing things the right way, we'd love to hear from you.
