The Oji Foodservice Packaging Solutions division of the global leading Oji Fibre Solutions brand distributes paper based food packaging products for a wide variety of uses including cold drinks, hot beverages, hot chips, ice-cream, yoghurt, popcorn, chicken and many other products which benefit from being presented in well-designed packaging.

At present, we are currently seeking a highly driven Accounts Payable/Purchasing Officer to join the commercial team on a permanent part time basis, primarily based from the larger fibre corrugated plant in Yatala QLD.

Reporting to the State Commercial Manager QLD, this role will be responsible for the divisions Accounts Payable functions including raising/maintaining open purchase orders and goods received - not invoiced. The role will also involve undertaking basic accounting support work such as assisting with end of month processes including basic journaling and adhoc accounting reporting and support.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable/bookkeeping experience
- Highly organised and deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi task
- Intermediate SAP and MS Office (excel) skills
- Experience/exposure to a manufacturing/industrial environment - preferred but not essential
