Accounts Payable/Purchasing Role
This permanent part-time position involves managing accounts payable functions, processing and maintaining open purchase orders, and goods received – not invoiced.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing accounts payable functions and related tasks
- Processing and maintaining open purchase orders
- Goods received – not invoiced
- Providing basic accounting support, including journaling and reporting
To excel in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel)
