**Accounts Payable Officer - Broadbeach, QLD**

We are destination expert and hand-selected the best inclusions for both our customers and partners alike. We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our vibrant Finance Team.

You will be responsible for providing effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations in Accounts Payable. This includes overseeing and processing the accounts' payable function and working with our Finance Shared Services Team.

**In this position you will be**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day functions of accounts payable
- Liaising with major suppliers
- Handling supplier dispute and queries resolution
- Maintain and build strong relationships with internal & external business partners.
- Maintaining and developing procedures and policies
- Working closely with the Finance Shared Services team (On and off-shore) to ensure timely and accurate processing of data as well as correct procedures followed.

- Experience with process change and system implementation.
- Has an intermediate knowledge of Excel - Pivot takes and Vlookups.
