Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Accommodation Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Property Management and Operations teams, you will be responsible for coordinating short-term accommodation services across Sydney.

  • You will conduct regular property inspections to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete various tasks such as home operations checks, guest meet and greets, and entry/exit inspections.
  • Investigate any damage to properties and coordinate maintenance requirements with tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance our short-term accommodation services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on property inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both guests and homeowners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate (leasing, property management) or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
