Our client is a market-leading, top 50 ASX business with its Head Office located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. There is a newly created role that sits in the HR team, working closely with the IT team and PMO team, as the business continues to invest in its HR Systems. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid WFH with 3 days in the office.

You will be focusing on the SuccessFactors upgrade, with the business having purchased new modules within the SuccessFactors suite, ensuring the end users in the business and technology stakeholders are optimal. This entails identifying where the configured HRIS can enable business outcomes and is in line with the short, medium, and long-term requirements.

This is a "hands-on" role, solving problems, creating and modifying templates, and recommending policy and process changes to work with the new system upgrades. You will review migrated data, quality, and test check system requirements and identify gaps between the current process and future changes that are required. You will manage any new internal communications, and training and be the point of contact for any questions related to the new system. There will be broader HR and transformational next year once the system is up and running, such as cultural, organisational change projects.
